Photo Prompt: Gravity

This is in response to the Daily Photo Prompt: Weight(less)

Show us the effects of gravity in your photo this week.

On a recent trip to Tasmania we were in the Bay of Fires hiking out to Humbug Point when I saw this tree. The tree has definitely had its share of bad luck having to contend with not only gravity, but the coastal winds and a fire (or many?). We were glad there wasn’t a fire in the Bay of Fires when we were camping there.

Another hike we did to Wineglass Bay was full of interesting little nooks and crannies to stop and have a rest. My expression is slightly concerned; I guess I was just hoping gravity didn’t win on this occasion.
